Client need

The ICAEW required support) to develop a course outline on sustainability, climate change and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues for ICAEW members. The target participants were early to mid career (1-15 years) UK accountants. The ICAEW wanted to develop a series of modules and to explore delivery options. The development of this training was beneficial for ensuring future accountancy and finance professionals are equipped to manage changing risks and material issues that may impact their organisation.

The challenge

Creating accessible but in-depth materials for accountants with little prior experience in this sector.

Providing a detailed session outline, recommended timings, pre-reading, audience and required core competencies.
